“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”
Matthew 11:28
A Beacon of Wisdom & Healing

Welcome to the official home of Sandra Enders—an author, therapist, adjunct professor, and deep thinker who dares to ask (and answer) the big questions. Whether she’s guiding readers through biblical reflections, exploring consciousness and spirituality, or tackling addiction and recovery, Sandra’s books don’t just inform—they transform.
Here, you’ll find works that engage the intellect, nourish the soul, and ignite meaningful change. If you’ve ever felt lost, unseen, or like the world just doesn’t quite “get” you—Sandra does. And she’s got the words to prove it.

(13) “When Jesus went into the region of Caesarea Philippi he asked his disciples, ‘Who do people say that the Son of Man is?’ (14 )They replied, ‘Some say John the Baptist, others Elijah, still others Jeremiah or one of the prophets.’ (15) He said to them, ‘But who do you say that I am?’” (Matthew 16:13-15)
In her upcoming twin book set, Sandy offers a powerful reflection on this question—not just as a matter of faith, but as a deeply personal path to healing. Through the lens of Jesus’ teachings on His Sermon on the Mount (Matthew 5–7) her writing reflects this work blends scripture, trauma recovery, spiritual insight, and modern therapeutic tools to support those navigating addiction, emotional wounds, and the search for meaning.
This book set in-progress will be out in 2026. It is designed for individuals in recovery, spiritual seekers, and anyone yearning to reconnect with Christ in a way that’s honest, healing, and transformative. Join my email list with the form below for updates on my upcoming book set!
Blessed Are the Broken: Reflections for Recovery with Jesus’ Sermon is a reflection prayer book (5"x7" 90 pages) for contemplative prayer alone.
Blessed Are the Broken: Recovery, Redemption and Transformation Through the Sermon on the Mount is a workbook style (8"x10" 150 pages). This book elaborates more on skill building, past trauma, and the psychology of addiction. It also looks at comparing Christian social philosophy from the Sermon and Beatitudes with current New Age teachings on metaphysics (David Hawkins MD,PhD on levels of consciousness) and posits that Jesus may have been teaching us a higher level of manifesting prayers along with His social teachings on that mount in Galilee two thousand years ago. We were just not ready to understand it. This book can be used alone or in a group format. I will be target marketing the set to substance use disorder facilities. Please contact me if you work in mental health and would like sample copies mailed to you for group trials.

Let’s Continue the Journey Together
